Tahoe Beach Club

This ideally located luxury property offers the best of both worlds for summer and winter vacationing – located just steps away from a private sandy beach and 5 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort.  This two-story residence is in Building One (closest to the beach) of the Tahoe Beach Club property, the first lakefront development of its kind on Lake Tahoe in over 30 years.  The property also includes gated security, underground parking, an elevator that opens directly into the residence and additional secured storage for your beach and mountain equipment.  

As our guests, you will enjoy access to the adjacent private Tahoe Beach Club, which offers a full-service restaurant and bar with spectacular lake views, year-round heated lakefront pool and jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, yoga and pilates studio and professionally-staffed concierge and adventure center.  The property also includes a private 160-foot pier and use of paddleboards, kayaks and other water sports equipment.  Guest fees may apply for certain services.  Quiet hours are designated between 9:00pm and 8:00am and will be strictly enforced.

Parking is limited to 2 assigned parking spots plus 1 additional guest spot.  Guests are issued parking placards that must be on display on the driver's side window.  Failure to use designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

Lake Tahoe is the West’s most iconic and beautiful mountain lake – author Mark Twain once called it “the fairest picture the whole world affords.”  It’s the ideal setting for all types of water sports, hiking and mountain biking in summer and world-class skiing, snowmobiling, tubing and other mountain sports in winter.  Tahoe’s South Shore is also the region’s most celebrated for golf – close to Tahoe Beach Club are six unique courses, and neighboring the property is the area’s most famous course, Edgewood Golf Course, routinely rated as one of the top 100 courses in America with scenery second to none and home to the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship held each summer.  While this Tahoe Beach Club residence provides an ambiance of seclusion and privacy, there’s plenty of action and excitement just minutes away in South Lake Tahoe’s dining and entertainment district with casinos, shopping, nightlife, concert venues and a variety of great restaurants.
