Grand Villa Rentals is a collection of luxury vacation residences located in highly sought-after destinations throughout the world. We have access to these residences for ourselves and our unaccompanied guests as a result of our direct ownership, fractional ownership and/or right-to-use contracts with various resort operators and alliance partners that we have cultivated over the past several years. Our mission is to provide guests with a luxury vacation experience at these world-class properties at a reasonable cost. Due to our ownership/membership status at these properties, we are able to offer rental rates ranging from 20 to 70 percent off of the direct rates that a guest would have to pay by booking directly with the resort or property itself.

Our properties range in size from studio apartments to 6-bedroom residences, with rates ranging from $200/night to $5,000/night. In many cases, we also have access to special owner/member benefits, such as golf/spa amenities, private concierge services, complimentary airport transportation, etc. that we are able to pass on to our guests. Unlike some other vacation rental sites, we don’t charge extra booking or service fees for our properties. We also strive to provide attentive service to our guests by being responsive to questions and offering suggestions from the time of initial inquiry through the booking process and the eventual stay. Over the past 18 months, our guests have completed over 350 stays at our properties.

We have four wonderful children, a great dog named Cabo, and a permanent residence in Walnut Creek, California. We are active travelers ourselves and have enjoyed staying at our properties over the years, and we are always looking to add new destinations and properties to our portfolio. We look forward to being able to continue to assist our returning guests, as well as new guests, for many years to come.

"Dayna and David were quick to respond to my emails and were easy to work with.  I had a lot of questions because we hadn't been to the area before and they were very helpful!  The entire resort is beautiful, well maintained and clean.  The pool area was lovely.  It is well staffed and they have daily activities around the pool.  The food poolside was good too.  I'd recommend renting from the Bains as they were very friendly and helpful and this resort was a treat to stay in."
